MICHAEL MINASSIAN is a professor at Broward  College in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. In addition to his MA, Michael has a certificate in creative writing from California State University (Dominguez Hills) and has done post-graduate work at Cambridge University in the U.K.  In 1997, he was named best poet by City Link magazine.  His award winning photography, poetry and short stories have appeared in such journals as:  American Literary Review, Ararat, Bitter Oleander, Poet Lore, and The Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel. He is also the writer/producer of the podcast “Eye On Literature.”
