Susan Dunn moved with her husband to Minnesota five years ago and teaches in the English division at Anoka Ramsey Community College. Most of her poetry addresses the complexities of growing up with six siblings, and the roles taken after the death of their father. In her work she also struggles to explain the conflict between flesh and spirit which can be seen in her poems about nature, belief systems, and her powerful relationship with her husband.
